- Information we collect
When you use Make Real TunnelSkills suite of Oculus Quest App Lab Applications (Access Into Tunnels Under Construction / Emergency Response / Insights Into Tunnelling – Past & Present / Shaft and Tunnel Construction) you provide us with information regarding your use of the Service collected by us as you interact with the Service.
When you use our VR Application, through the Oculus Developer Dashboard, we have access to data that allows us to understand licensed user behaviour, including but not limited to length of time spent in the application and technical performance of the application on the Virtual Reality hardware device.
When using our Application, we do not collect or store any data that allows us or third-parties to identify you in person. This data is anonymised before it is sent to the Oculus Developer Dashboard and we have no ability to remove individual data entries.
We do not share your personal information with third-parties unless it is necessary to offer the Service or required by law.
- Use of information obtained by Make Real
We may use your email address to send you notifications regarding new services offered by Make Real that we think you may find valuable. Make Real may also send you service-related announcements from time to time through the general operation of the Service. Generally, you will be opted-out of such emails by default under GDPR and will need to opt-in to receive such emails.
Make Real may use or share aggregate or anonymous data collected through the Application for purposes such as understanding or improving the Application. This includes, for example, time in our VR app, crash logs and submitted user reviews.

The Service may contain links to other websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of other websites. We encourage users to be aware when they leave the Service to read the privacy statements of other websites that collect personally identifiable information. This Privacy Policy applies only to information collected by Make Real via the Service.
- Information security
We consider the confidentiality and security of your information to be of the utmost importance. We will use industry standard physical, technical and administrative security measures to keep your Personally Identifiable Information confidential and secure and will not share it with third parties, except as otherwise provided in this Privacy Policy, or unless such disclosure is necessary in special cases, such as a physical threat to you or others, as permitted by applicable law. Because the Internet is not a 100% secure environment we cannot guarantee the security of Personally Identifiable Information, and there is some risk that an unauthorised third party may find a way to circumvent our security systems or that transmission of your information over the Internet will be intercepted. It is your responsibility to protect the security of your login information. Please note that email communications are typically not encrypted and should not be considered secure.

The Service is not designed to respond to “do not track” signals sent by some browsers.
