At Make Real, while we love technology, we aren’t evangelists of one particular kind or another. We stay up to date on all the emerging and immersive technologies so that we can remain technology-agnostic and use it only when it will add value – which may end up being a totally different technology to what was originally being looked at.

Measuring the value

By starting with the problem rather than the technology, you’ll be better able to measure the impact of whatever you do:

We help you dig into the impact that the learning delivers: whether it’s saving time and money, improved performance, better safety statistics, increased understanding of complex topics, and so on.

While it’s pretty gratifying to hear “this was such a cool experience!” or “our leaders have loved this!”, these sentiments can mean little when you need to know if your learning made a difference. And that’s why we will work closely with you on defining and measuring outcomes.

We tend to suggest starting small and iterating, so that you can prove the use case before rolling it out wider across your organisation. This way, you’ll show the value you’re adding with technology and increase the buy-in from stakeholders and learners.

We’ll work with you to embed the learning in your organisation – and, ultimately, empower you and your teams to continue on your own. We aim to innovate with you, turning it into business as usual, and then into do-it-yourself.

For example, we’ve delivered learning modules where we designed the initial content and then have made it possible for clients to edit and create their own scenarios when they were comfortable to.

It’s why we don’t work on a subscription basis. We want to make sure that you can take what you’ve learned on our journey together, and apply it yourself in the future.

And so we stay up to date on all the latest technologies, constantly testing and evaluating them so that we can best advise you on what will suit your needs.
